I recommend Elina. She is really good and will do whatever it takes to help with pain and find a way to reduce it or get ride of it. She won’t stop until she finds a way that works for you and I was not an easy case. I just had a baby and had very bad neck muscle spasms and back pain; barely could move my neck and had a hard time walking. Within 2 sessions, my neck improved like 90% and with few more sessions my back pain was pretty much gone.

Elina was friendly and knowledgeable for my particular problem - Post Rotator Cuff surgery therapy. I’m very pleased with my progress. I like the fact that Elina will come to my home. She does a great job and gives me the techniques and exercises to do at home to supplement my recovery. She was instrumental in getting the approval for a TENS unit to use at home for further pain relief after therapy sessions.

I had a total right knee replacement on Feb 19, 2019 and today was my last day of PT. Elina did an outstanding rehab program for my knee. I actually was driving 2.5 weeks after surgery and walking without a walker in under 3 weeks. I reached 120 degrees of bend and totally straight in 6 weeks. My orthopedic surgeon was amazed and pleased at the progress. He even asked where I was going so he could send more patients there.

I came to Elina in order to be treated with one of few dry needle providers. She is terrific! Explains everything and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. She is very thorough and really cares for your well-being.

I’m Elina, your neuromuscular movement specialist and Physical Therapist, dedicated to addressing comprehensive wellness and movement restoration. I have seen the impact of movement dysfunction and chronic pain caused by neurological & orthopedic, disease and pregnancy. I’ve also seen the impact of dizziness and balance disorders that vestibular issues cause. It led med to become a Certified Vestibular Specialist. My approach, no matter what the issue is, is beyond healthcare; it comes from a foundation. of empathy, curiosity, and empowerment. I want to understand your needs and aspirations & create a uniquely individualized solution for your journey. I believe in empowerment; the power to heal lies in you ultimately. Thus, I will give you the tools, knowledge, support & resources to create meaningful changes in your life through recovery and wellness.
