I’m Elina, your neuromuscular movement specialist and Physical Therapist, dedicated to addressing comprehensive wellness and movement restoration. I have seen the impact of movement dysfunction and chronic pain caused by neurological & orthopedic problems, disease and pregnancy. I’ve also seen the impact of dizziness and balance disorders that vestibular issues cause.  It led med to become a Certified Vestibular Specialist. My approach, no matter what the issue is, is beyond healthcare; it comes from a foundation. of empathy, curiosity, and empowerment. I want to understand your needs and aspirations & create a uniquely individualized solution for your journey. I believe in empowerment; the power to heal lies in you ultimately. Thus, I will give you the tools, knowledge, support & resources to create meaningful changes in your life through recovery and wellness.
